This award goes to an outstanding APTA TN member who has brought distinction and honor upon himself/herself by dedication and hard work.  The criteria include extraordinary service to the Chapter by serving on committees, as district chair, as a member of the state licensing board, or as a delegate to the APTA House of Delegates; attendance at state meetings; participation in continuing education courses; contribute to the field of teaching and research; and outstanding contribution to PT at the national, state, or local level.
