This award may be given to an individual who is not a physical therapist but has demonstrated outstanding contributions to the profession in regard to PT/PTA student mentorship, the community at large, and/or legislatively. This individual’s leadership, acts, and support have contributed significantly to the improvement of physical therapy access, education, and/or advocacy on a local or state level. Recipients may be a resident of any state, but their contributions will directly impact the Tennessee chapter and/or members.
