Awarded to a current or former member of the Tennessee Legislature who has demonstrated outstanding support for the profession of physical therapy, commitment to APTA TN, and has gone above and beyond in service to APTA TN and its membership. This recipient has provided extraordinary service in legislative efforts for APTA TN.
