This award goes to an APTA TN member who has provided exceptional service to the profession of physical therapy.  The award is named after the first recipient, Carol likens, who served as the president of the Tennessee Chapter from 1985 – 1995.  Her vision, leadership, and commitment to the profession brought the Chapter one of its greatest periods of growth and service to members.
